I have been within the body modification community for 32 years. Spending 15 years as a piercer solidified my interest in learning global art traditions. Piercing within Brain Drops in San Fransisco, surrounded by artists like Yutaro Sakai, Pillip Milic and Marcus Pacheco, moved me to expand into the craft of tattooing. The last 17 years have been spent honing my craft - combining bold designs that naturally flow with the body’s form. I’m inspired by folk art, textiles, pottery, nature and the elements. Using pattern as a visual language. I specialize in blackwork, ornamental and dotwork tattooing.
Every tattoo I create is a collaboration between myself and the client, crafted with care and mindfulness. I always want my work to not only compliment the wearer’s individuality, but resonate with beauty and purpose.
